About
YesOrNoWheel
A solo-built collection of free online decision and randomization tools โ built for people who need a clear answer, fast.
What YesOrNoWheel Is
YesOrNoWheel is a free, browser-based collection of decision and randomization tools. Every tool on the site is designed around one core idea: give users a fast, clear yes or no answer when they're stuck between options.
The site started with a simple yes or no spinning wheel and has expanded into a wider set of tools covering randomization, tarot-style reflection, spiritual and symbolic guidance, AI-assisted decisions, and relationship-focused questions. All tools run directly in the browser โ no account required, no payment, nothing downloaded.
YesOrNoWheel launched in 2026 and has been actively built and maintained since launch.
Tools on YesOrNoWheel
The site currently offers tools across four categories:

Who Built YesOrNoWheel
YesOrNoWheel is a solo project. It was designed, built, and is maintained by one person โ with hands-on involvement in every tool on the site.
The creator has a background in building SaaS products and web applications, with practical coding and web development experience. Every tool on YesOrNoWheel was built directly, not outsourced โ from the logic and layout to the randomization algorithms and content.
This is not a content farm or a templated tool network. Each tool was built with a specific use case in mind and is maintained as part of an active, ongoing project.
How YesOrNoWheel Is Maintained
The site is manually reviewed and updated as tools, features, and issues require attention. There is no automated deployment pipeline or scheduled review cycle โ updates happen when they are needed.
This includes:
- Adding new tools when a clear use case exists
- Improving existing tools when functionality, accuracy, or design can be better
- Fixing bugs or errors as they are identified
- Reviewing tool content and methodology when questions or improvements arise
- Updating site content to keep it accurate and useful
If you find an error in a tool โ a wrong result, broken functionality, or a content issue โ you can report it directly. See Report an Error.
How the Tools Work
Different tools use different methods. For a full technical explanation of each tool's methodology, see the Methodology page.
The short version:
- Randomization tools (wheel, coin, 8-ball, pendulum) โ results are generated by your browser's built-in random number generator. Nothing is sent to a server. Every result is independent of the last.
- Tarot tools โ cards are drawn from a 78-card deck using browser-based randomization. Each card carries a yes, no, or maybe energy based on traditional tarot associations. The Daily Tarot uses a date-based seed so the same card appears for the same day.
- AI tool โ the AI Yes or No tool sends your question to an external AI model to generate a reasoned yes/no answer. Your question text leaves your device when you use this tool. See the Privacy Policy for details.
- Reflective tools (pendulum, angel numbers, I Need a Sign) โ these combine randomization with symbolic or interpretive frameworks to prompt reflection rather than generate predictions.
What the Tools Are โ and Are Not โ For
All tools on YesOrNoWheel are intended for entertainment and personal reflection. They are designed to help you break indecision, examine a question from a new angle, or simply get a fast answer for low-stakes choices.
None of the tools on this site are a substitute for professional advice. Do not use them for medical, legal, financial, or safety-related decisions. For serious questions, consult a qualified professional.
